Refund policy
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it. Our return policy lasts for 10 days from the date of purchase or within 2 days after delivery. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. Please note that some items cannot be returned, including gift cards and certain personal care products.
2. Proof of Purchase
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Refunds

If it's approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 2-4 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please email us within 5 hours. In this case, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 2-4 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that cancellation is not possible after shipment.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your credit card company. There's often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you've taken these steps and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at hello@pnfit.in.
6. Sale Items
Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
7. Exchanges
We only provide exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange such an item for the same one, please send us an email at hello@pnfit.com.
8. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
